
Edward Surovell is founder and owner of Edward Surovell Realtors, a regional real estate company based in Ann Arbor.
Raised outside Washington, D.C., he attended Columbia University in New York and found his way to Ann Arbor as a graduate student in 1968. He entered real estate in 1973, following several years of graduate studies at the University of Michigan. From residential sales, he rose to sales manager, and finally in 1982 opened his own firm in Ann Arbor with three associates in a small office.
Today, Edward Surovell Realtors has grown to ten offices, serving all or part of ten counties in southeastern Michigan. The company employs over 225 salespeople and staff and has earned a reputation for the highest professional standards and a commitment to public service.
Both personally and through his company, Edward Surovell contributes extensively to the southeast Michigan community. His philanthropic focus is cultural enrichment and public health. He is the past president of the Ann Arbor District Library Board of Trustees, and his board service includes the Library of Michigan Foundation, the Michigan Historical Commission, the Historical Society of Michigan, and Chamber Music America. He is listed in Who's Who in America.
He and his wife Natalie, a commercial interior designer, live in Ann Arbor.

Mark Rice has a distinguished background in corporate finance and commercial real estate development. He joined the company in 2008 from McKinley, Inc., where he was vice president and controller. Prior to that, he was vice-president and controller at Fourmidable in Farmington Hills. For fifteen years he owned Howard and Rice, a commercial real estate development company specializing in factory outlet shopping centers, including Howell's Kensington Valley Factory Shops.
Mr. Rice is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a degree in business from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. He and his wife Connie live in Farmington.

Lynn Wade has been with Edward Surovell Realtors since 1999 as Vice President of Operations. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in General Studies with a concentration in Accounting and Psychology. She worked for Jacobson's Department Stores for 13 years and was Operations Manager of their Ann Arbor store. Before joining Surovell, she worked as a Customer Service Manager for Jackson National Life Insurance Company in Lansing.
She is married to Matthew Wade and has two daughters, Makenzi and Kameryn.
